Joshua Lee is the Executive Director of LUCHA and the founder of Green Top Farms, a mission-driven organization bringing nutritious, locally-sourced meals to NYC communities. As Executive Producer of LUCHA: A Wrestling Tale, he has helped bring the powerful stories of youth wrestlers to life. A passionate advocate for equity in sports, Joshua was named Girls Freestyle Season Coach of the Year for his leadership, dedication, and impact on the next generation of athletes.
Pearl Fletcher is the Head Wrestling Coach and Athletic Director at Gompers High School in the Bronx, NYC. A trailblazer in the sport, she is the first-ever female NYC high school freestyle wrestler to become a girls' wrestling head coach in the city. A former High School Freestyle All-American, Coach Fletcher brings passion, experience, and leadership to her role, empowering the next generation of athletes through discipline, determination, and a deep love for the sport.

A former McKinsey consultant and Morehead-Cain Scholar, Thomas blends business and social impact through ventures that promote nutrition, sustainability, and innovation. He holds a JD/MBA from Duke University and is dedicated to building healthier, more equitable communities.
Justin McLennan, M.Ed. is a seasoned educator and wrestling coach with over two decades of experience working with youth. He currently leads the wrestling program at an all-girls charter school in Crown Heights, Brooklyn, guiding the team to win the 2023 NYC Middle School Wrestling Championship. A passionate advocate for creating empowering spaces for girls in sports, Justin draws on his deep roots in wrestling—he grew up in Easton, Pennsylvania, where he captained the 2001 state championship team and earned Outstanding Wrestler honors in the renowned District 11 of the Lehigh Valley.
